1. I think I won, how do I collect my prize?

Every day you will receive a RESULTS EMAIL if any you have won. This message will list the games you played, the numbers you have matched, and the amount, if any you have won. The waytojackpot daily results email is the sole notification of any prize winnings and prize winners must claim any prize by following the instructions within the WAYTOJACKPOT daily results email. If you receive a notice that says you Win next to your name it means that you can win that prize upon submitting a winning entry in MARKET COMBINATION with the Official Rules of WAY TO JACKPOT.

you have to play to win. When you predict on  way to jackpot you will receive a CONFIRMATION message. This message will have a subject line that reads "prediction Confirmation "". The prediction CONFIRMATION message will contain your Transaction Serial Number which you will need to provide when you win a prize.

In summary:

                1) You can't win, if you didn't play, and 
                2) If you won it is your responsibility to claim your prize in accordance with the RULES. 

2. What are the prizes for the WAYTOJACKPOT Games?

3. How do I predict?

You can predict combination once each day then update it before closing time. Just enter your prediction and register your prediction  by clicking on the “GO” or "submit" button. For additional information, click on Rules and how to play on the waytojackpot.com.

4. What is a PSN (Prediction Serial Number)?

 

PSN (Prediction Serial Number) is issued each and every time you predict. As the name implies, it is the prediction that generates the PSN number and the PSN number is required to claim your prize. Each time a USER submits an entry, we send a prediction confirmation containing the PSN. USER are able to see their PSN for the past ten days on our website.

6. Why can't I predict ?

To play Waytojackpot you must be subscribed to receive Waytojackpot emails. You may have become ineligible to play Waytojackpot if you did one of the following:

1.    You may have requested that your ISP (internet service provider) block emails Waytojackpot, which unsubscribed you from receiving Waytojackpot emails;
    

2.     You may have clicked on the link stating: “If you'd prefer not to receive the results by e- mail please click below to unsubscribe:”, which would have unsubscribed you from receiving Waytojackpot emails;

3.    You may have requested to be unsubscribed from receiving Waytojackpot emails from Waytojackpot’s customer service department;

4.    You may have clicked on the “Confirm Unsubscribe” button within your Waytojackpot player profile unsubscribing you from Waytojackpot emails.

7. Why am I not receiving my Confirmation e-mail and what should I do?

If you received an onscreen confirmation including a prediction Serial Number but no e-mail confirmation, there may be a temporary delay in the communication between e-mail servers. If you never receive e-mail confirmations, there may be an error in the e-mail address you gave us. (See change of address below) Also from time to time, some e-mail services are unable to deliver all of the mail they receive. However, this is not a problem. You can always retrieve the PSN for any game played in the last Ten (10) days in the "profile" section on our website. This is important because you will need your PSN to claim any prizes you win.

 

8. Why am I not receiving my Results e-mail and what should I do?

Important: An e-mail from Waytojackpot can be worth as much as $10 Million and it is your responsibility that your e-mail address is up to date to receive messages from us. If you play Waytojackpot, we will always send your Results, but we are not responsible for your e-mail service provider delivering them to you. 

Please check your SPAM folders as well as its possible that your email provider may have inadvertently placed it in the wrong folder. To ensure this doesn’t happen please mark the message as not spam and add waytojackpot.com to your list of white listed domains. 

If you have played our games you are subscribed to receive the results e-mails. We send them out each night after the drawings. If you are not receiving the Results, there may be a few reasons why: 

a. Some companies (work places) block all game e-mails. 

b. Some e-mail providers block multiple messages arriving to a mailbox at the same time. 

c. Some e-mail providers block all messages from particular domains. 

d. Some players have accidentally blocked e-mails coming from winners@waytojackpot.com. Please check the filter setting in your browser. 

Now you can see your Results and the numbers you played for the last 10 days, as well as your Confirmation numbers (PSN). Simply visit our website at www.waytojackpot.com and select the Results tab from the menu bar.

9. How can I change my mailing address or e-mail address?

Once you are logged in, you can easily change this information by clicking on "Edit Player Profile" or the "Account" icon while on the Waytojackpot site. 

 

 

10. I forgot my password. What can I do?

To retrieve your password, simply visit the WAYTOJACKPOT website and click on the "Login" option. From there you will see the "Forgot Password" option which will provide you with instructions on how to retrieve your password.

11. How can I see previous results?

You can click on the "Results" tab from the Waytojackpot menu, which will see last 10 days result

12. I won. How can I claim my prize?

13. Is Waytojackpot legal?

The Waytojackpot games are legal because all Waytojackpot games are defined as a prediction and contain a free method of entry..

14. Why don’t you offer telephone customer service?

Because Waytojackpot is free to play, it is cost prohibitive to offer telephone customer service. We do, however, offer answers to all inquiries received by e-mail. 

15. English is not my primary language, do you offer customer service in other languages?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to offer customer service in English. May we suggest that you use the following website(s) which can translate from most major languages to English and from English to most major languages:

16. I do not see my question. What should I do?

If you did not find the answer above, please follow the directions below to contact a Waytojackpot Customer Care Representative and we will be happy to respond as soon as possible.

17. how much coins can I win per day?

Participants will win the coins as per their ranking which is described in rules and how it work section.

18. what can I do with my coins?

When you play the game you win the coin. Now, what do you do with all your coins. You can redeem the coins into  it or you can make more than one prediction for single day by redeem your coins.

 

19. Is there any condition to redeem coins?

Yes. you have to fulfill specified limit of 500 coins in your account. only after that you can redeem your coins.

20. How long are  my coins valid?

Yes. Your coins will be valid for 6 month.
